A few good questions

Less wondering.
More clarity.

How accurate are the nutrition numbers?

They’re estimates, and they can be wrong. Ingredients, cooking, and portion size all make a difference, so a little detail, like “two slices” or “a large bowl”, helps. The app is for general wellness, not medical advice.

Do I have to allow the camera or microphone?

No. Both are optional. You can type every meal, and when you add a photo the app only sees the ones you pick, not your whole library.

Do I need an internet connection?

Estimates, voice transcription, and syncing need a connection. Meals are saved on your iPhone first, so you can keep logging offline and they’ll catch up later.

When can I download it?

We’re getting Food Journal ready for iPhone. The download link will be here when it’s available. Questions? Get in touch.
